• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or special-order products.
• Items marked as non-returnable during the purchase process.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
